Building Team Effectiveness with PRISM Profiling

Building Team Effectiveness is a one day workshop designed specifically to boost performance by raising awareness of individual and team capability.  This interactive and fast moving workshop uses PRISM to explore the impact of the team's behaviour and how they can positively enhance their relationships with colleagues, customers and clients.

This deeper understanding and awareness will make the team more effective in dealing with:

• Managing tough challenges 
• Driving and enabling change
• Building sustainable relationships
• Recognising and capitalising on diversity

Designed to be run indoors at the client's premises for teams of between 6 & 18 members, the workshop is ideal for new teams who want to hit the ground running or for existing teams who want to make a step change in performance.

We are currently able to offer this at the introductory price of £1,500 (ex VAT, PRISM profiling costs & expenses).
