Christmas Greetings from Team Dynamics!

2010 has been a year of triumph and disaster.  Despite the economic downturn we have delivered a huge number of programmes across all sectors to a ever increasing client base.   From the launch of our new website last January through to our trip to Istanbul in October, our year has been full on and our diverse range of programmes continues to deliver.  For those of you who have experienced our teambuilding, leadership, coaching, graduate & intern programmes we thank you for making our work so much fun!

Although the loss of the BBQ area was a disaster, we are very excited about our new facility, plans of which are actively taking shape.  We will keep you informed of the new developments as they take place.

Now the winter days are now upon us we have a whole range of development events that can be run indoors,either here, offsite or at your own premises. Designed to reinforce learning in the same way as our outdoor tasks, these events draw on our unique ability to maximise development through experiential learning - research consistently shows that delegates are much more likely to use newly acquired skills back in the workplace if they have learnt by doing rather than by being told.
