Summer of Fun

Team Dynamics has had a very busy summer running Graduate and Intern courses for a number of major international  companies ranging from the financial sector to engineering and consultancy. These courses were structured around a business experience module for effective team working which gives graduates and interns a flying start in their experience of corporate life.  The overwhelming enthusiasm exhibited by the delegates during their courses ensured a summer of fun for Team Dynamics staff.

Over a 6 week period trainees from one of the UK's largest energy supplier completed a training course at Team Dynamics' site in Tunbridge Wells where they took advantage of our 250 acre site to replicate the difficulties that may be faced by running the UK's largest power network. Taking advantage of our on-site classroom and catering facilities ensured the training was seamless from indoors to outdoors.

Team Dynamics were happy to welcome members from the Association of Project Managers who made good use of our Conference facilities and spent the evening discovering Team Dynamics and the power of experiential learning before enjoying a BBQ on site.

This quote by Alphonse de Lamartine sums up Team Dynamics' feelings about their first visit to Istanbul. Team Dynamics are travelling there to deliver a leadership programme for one of the world's largest shipping companies.  Whilst the majority of the facilitators will be going by air, 2 intrepid members of staff are driving the 1,900 miles with our unique range of training tools.  With a route planned that takes them through France, Belgium, Germany to a ferry port in Italy, then across the Adriatic to Greece and through into Istanbul, those of us left behind are secretly jealous of their very own 'European tour'!

Train to Gain

Inspirational Leadership and High Performing Teams do not have to be the preserve of large multinational companies,  Train to Gain's Leadership and Management programme funding of  £1,000 is available for companies with between 5 and 250 employees. This funding allows you, with the help of Train to Gain advisers, to source training solutions that benefit you and your business.

At Team Dynamics we can offer competitvely priced leadership and team development programmes which qualify for Train to Gain Funding.  For example; 'Building High Performance Teams' - a one-day programme for 7 people is £1,500 ex VAT, with Train to Gain funding applied, this cost is reduced to £500!  Our one-day 'Inspirational Leadership' programme for 7 people is £1,925 ex VAT and with Train to Gain Funding applied, this drops dramatically to just £925!
